I am in pastry school and was looking for a high quality set that would last me forever. This was not it! Marzipan tools are supposed to be smooth, with small or preferably no mold marks from where the plastic is poured. The tools in this kit were a cheap light plastic and so uneven, it would've taken days of filing and buffing to try to get them right. Then the shine would've been worked off of them and they would most likely stick when used. Not to mention, there is a weird black substance on some of the tools. For almost $70, I expected a denser, smoother, much higher quality product. Boy was I disappointed! It is being returned ASAP!! You're better off with a $20 Wilton or Fat Daddio tool set.
