I was excited to find the Petal Craft cutter and veiner sets. I thought it would save me a lot of time when creating custom flowers for my cake business. I bought both the tulip and peony set. The veiners are great, but the cutters are not very sharp. I ended up having to cut all around to cut off all of the rough edges, which was a pain. The instructions are vague and show drying cups that are not included in the set. The tulip instructions show a picture of a drying cup that is specific to the tulip petal, but it doesn't come with the set, and there isn't anywhere to buy one. My advice is to save your money. Neither of these were worth it. You would do better printing a pattern off the internet, tracing and cutting the gumpaste, and using a Wilton veiner.
